What do you call someone who loves words? A logophile (I just looked it up). Or as I like to call myself: a word nerd.
I really have loved words for as long as I can remember. I don't know if anyone else did this, but I used to spell words for fun with my mom as we walked to school. I even remember asking her for a spelling test while we were on vacation in Florida. Fun fact: I made it the NYC Daily News Spelling Bee in junior high school. Maybe that's the product of being the daughter of a teacher; or it's just in my genes. Either way, I love words. I play Taboo and Scattergories like they are sports, and I love the way the word "tilapia" tickles my tongue.
With the being said, I'm kind of obsessed with things with words on them: graphic tees, journals, mugs, etc. especially when it says something clever. And that is why these are a few of my favorite things:
Get it? Of course you do...because it is so perfectly clever.!

I definitely needed this pin in my life, and I cannot it wait to wear to brunch and pretty much everywhere else.
If you want one too, you can get it here.
Not only does this candle from The 125 Collection fill your space with a smooth scent, but it is also a great reminder of affirmation when you need it. They have so many fun sayings that it really is hard to choose just one. And yes, as the name suggests, this is a Harlem born brand.
